Low level spirits with dull fires collect at Nobi's Lot. They will commonly group together to survive off of each others meager warmth. After a certain period the group will begin to coalesce and glow extremely bright. A collection of bright tones and popping sounds are heard and an assemblage of light is seen. Residents from all corners of the Land will come to watch this display
